TERMS & CONDITIONS PLEASE READ CARFULLY!

DEPOSIT: All bookings REQUIRE a $150 Deposit. Your deposit will be refunded 7-10 days after the rental is returned (this DOES NOT include bank processing times, which are at your banks discretion). This is to ensure the vehicle was returned cleaned (smoking fees and deep cleaning fees are separate), gassed up and no tolls or parking violations were incurred. Also if renting an electric car, all charging fees will be added and deducted from your deposit.

Any trips longer than 3 days please reach out, DO NOT book trips of more than 3 days directly or via Turo WITHOUT first calling or emailing us! These cars are listed on multiple booking sites, and we need to ensure they are available plus a discount may need to be added manually for bookings of more than 3 days!

Any out of state trips please advise us at the time of rental pickup, to ensure we have activated the toll transponder for the vehicle. If you violate this term, it will result in a $50 fine that will be deducted from your deposit.

Vehicle will be delivered or picked up with at least a 80% charge, and is expected to be returned with at least a 25% charge (you will still be billed for recharging to the 80%!). They will be a surcharge if vehicle is returned with less than 25%. Also charging a Tesla over 80% is not recommended therefore if the vehicle charged over 80% more than once it will be a $20 surcharge. Allowing the vehicle's batter to drop bellow 20% is NOT permitted. If we get a notification the battery is dripping below 20% multiple times or if AT ANY POINT it drops below 10% we will and can immediately terminate your trip without a refund and you will be charged a $50 fee each time. This damages the battery and is not acceptable.

For gas vehicles, they will also be delivered or picked up with a full tank of gas. You are responsible for refueling completely. We have a system that shows the gallons of gas present. In the event we have to refuel for you, we charge a $2 per gallon surcharge plus market price, which will be deducted from your deposit.

Please understand the rules and regulations as well as the do's and don'ts of using/renting an EV! Vehicle can be supercharged at all Tesla Superchargers. My account will be billed automatically and in turn you will be billed at the end of your rental for all Tesla Supercharging. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind.

Please treat our vehicles like it is your own! Please at least wipe down the interior before returning, vacuum. We have Rich's Carwash stickers on all vehicles, so it's no excuse as to you no cleaning up. It's free!!

It will be a cleaning fee charged if the vehicle is not properly cleaned or smoked in. $250 for smoking, $100 for cleaning and up to $300 for deep cleaning or stain removal.

Speed is limited to 85 MPH. Please notify us of any out of state trips and any toll violations or tickets will be billed. Have fun and enjoy your trip but please remember this is an expensive vehicle and please handle with care!

Insurance: You are required by Alabama state law as well as our terms and conditions to have a valid in force full coverage insurance policy at the time you pick-up and for the duration of the rental. If at anytime we deem you to not have adequate insurance we will immediately lock the vehicle and terminate the rental. You are giving us authorization to check insurance coverage. If you do not have adequate insurance you can purchase our damage waiver, but keep in mind our damage waiver coverage DOES NOT include liability coverage or damage to other's property. Our damage waiver covers Platinum P's vehicles ONLY and not someone you're in an accident with! Please immediately report any damages or incidents to us immediately this is to include any contact with law enforcement, “meter maids”, parking lot supervisors/attendees. Failure to do so could forfeit your deposit. Your insurance deductible is due at time of return, no expectations. Further you are authorizing us to debit your card on file for any deductibles that are due plus any charges not covered by your insurance company or our damage waiver. You also agree to binding arbitration in the event of a dispute with this agreement at anytime. You further agree to any collection cost, attorney fees, court or mediation costs.

Cancellation Policy: If your booking is canceled within 24 hours of the initial booking, you will receive a full refund. You will also receive a full refund if your trip is cancelled before 72 hours. After the 72 hours you will be responsible for 50% of the trip fee. Within 24 hours and NO REFUND will be issued, except for the deposit. ALL CANCELLED TRIPS WILL STILL INCUR A 3% CREDIT CARD FEE!! Regardless if you cancel your trip, our credit card processor still charges us a credit card fee, and you will still be responsible for this fee even if cancelled within the proper period. Some credit card companies carry vacation protection, so reach out to your credit card company to see if this is included with your card!

GUIDELINES

All Vehicles are equipped with advanced telemetric systems. Such as speed alerts, location alerts, anti/theft alerts. Any tampering with any of these metrics will result in your trip being ended with no refunds. Excessive speeding (above 85 mph) and/or violations to traffic or parking laws will also end your rental with no refunds. If we receive an alert that one of the above has transpired it will result in a warning. After the warning the rental will be terminated. Thanks for understanding. No smoking and/or vaping of any kind will be permitted. No illegal drugs or activity will be permitted. Both will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund. Any non listed drivers or drivers that are deemed to have an invalid driver's license will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refunds.
